Watch: Pilot Program Launched at KCKPS for Quarterly State Assessment

Kansas is introducing a new approach to state assessments through the Kansas Through-Year Curriculum-Directed Assessment.

Instead of one end-of-year assessment, students will take quarterly assessments in English language arts and math.

This gives teachers more timely, detailed feedback on student progress and helps identify where students may need additional support throughout the school year.
